Bob Notley

Bob Notley's work is bloody brilliant

a couple of visuals

1. Two ladies of a similar age walking side by side. One pushing her baby daughter in a push chair, the other pushing her elderly mother in a wheel chair.

2. A mother and teenage daughter standing together. The mother is wearing the brightest, most flamboyant clothes imaginable. the daughter is dressed in full Gothic regalia. Black hair, pale skin, black and white clothes only.

These were just a couple of things I saw this week that made me smile.

auto-destructive art

This is mainly because It's been two weeks and I haven't posted anything yet, but I did find this on my computer. It's a copy of the original Metzger auto-destructive art flyer we were given when we happened upon a re-creation of the whole thing on the South Bank. It's quite cool.
